My coworker Bob is awesome. He showed up yesterday afternoon with jelly jars filled with green fig beetles. They spent the afternoon gorging themselves on mushy figs.They are currently residing on my desk, since I'm out in Los Angeles today for work. Hopefully we'll get some cool photos and video up later in the week. We've not done our nifty photo tricks with live subjects before; hopefully they're well stated on fig juice and aren't feeling too frisky during the photo shoot.

BEETLES!
