Good Cookin' in Seattle



My Dears,

I've taken a few cooking classes with my mom and my sister-in-law Megan at PCC and Becky Selengut is, hands down, one of my favorite instructors. Plus an incredible chef. Her slow braised Moroccan lamb stew is a staple in our house on cold winter nights.
