I hope you had a fabulous start to the new year. Chris got the day off (hooray!) and we met up with my parents and trotted down to the beach to watch the polar bear plunge. This year, unlike last year, I decided not to partake in the chilly festivities.
It was significantly colder this time around: 28 degrees. I’m a soft polar bear; I only enter the water when the ambient air temp is 50 or above. :)
After that, my mom and I headed off to the fabric store and picked out a pattern for Ben’s birthday sewing project. Step 1 is complete! Now comes the hard part: actually making the damn thing.
